you become your thoughts

perhaps, sir isaac. 

in 2012 i ran 848 miles.  that's what my daily mile year end report says. 

in the last 11 days i have run zero.   no reports, no workouts, on a bender of shutdown. 

your body tells you when it's had enough and a wise mind tells you to embrace it.  
and breathe.  rest.  regroup.  repair. 

then restart. and on the 12th day, i ran.  

today i put myself back in motion.  


perhaps, sir isaac, rest and motion are both attainable.  
depending on your object and your perspective.

think happy.  you become your thoughts.
